The combed yarn production line, through multiple fine processes, improves the yarn evenness by 30% and reduces hairiness by 40%, making the finished products suitable for high – end clothing. The core – spun yarn production line skillfully combines spandex with cotton, linen, and other fibers, producing yarns with excellent elasticity, which are widely used in sportswear.
With parallel operation, our annual production capacity reaches tens of thousands of tons, and we can quickly respond to order demands and flexibly adjust the production rhythm.

Our robust spinning customization capabilities are the core of our customer service. In practice, we once customized uniquely glossy yarns for a high-end fashion brand.
By blending special masterbatches and applying specific surface treatments, we achieved the desired silk-like luster, helping the brand create a best-selling collection. We offer a wide range of raw materials, from aramid fibers for the military to seaweed fibers for medical use.
Technologically, we precisely control parameters like fiber strength (2.5 – 10cN/dtex) and fineness (10D – 1000D), and leverage hundreds of masterbatch formulas for personalized color and luster customization. A professional team oversees every step, from initial consultations and design to production monitoring and after-sales feedback, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
Driven by Innovative R&D: Leading the Industry
Our innovative R&D experience is the key to maintaining our leading position in the industry. Comprising over 30 master’s and doctoral talents in materials science and textile engineering, our R&D team has established joint laboratories with five renowned domestic and international universities to tackle technical challenges.
For example, in collaboration with Donghua University, we developed a new type of intelligent temperature-regulating yarn. Embedded with phase-change materials, it can automatically adjust based on ambient temperatures, enhancing warmth retention by 40% in winter and breathability by 30% in summer, attracting significant attention from outdoor apparel brands.
We’re also actively exploring environmental protection, transforming ocean plastics into recycled polyester yarns, reducing 3 tons of CO₂ emissions per ton. Currently, we’ve partnered with several fast-fashion brands to promote sustainable fashion.
